[Acquisition] 🚀🏢🇵🇱 MNK PARTNERS has acquired a mixed-use retail asset in Poland less than 3 months after the launch of its Polska by MNK fund.
Strategically located along one of Warsaw’s busiest roads, the asset, delivered in 2020, has over 5,700 sqm of leasable space and is fully let with a remaining 7-firm-year lease to 4 well-known tenants including Liberty Motors and LTEC.
The asset was nominated for the 11th CEE Eurobuild Awards in the “small retail asset” category, one of the most prestigious real estate awards in Poland.
