[Acquisition] Portugal/Porto – B&B Hotels – 🏢

#MNKPartners is acquiring on behalf of its pan-European professional yield fund #MNKONE a second newly built B&B hotel with 127 rooms spread over 4 floors delivered in September 2021.
The hotel has a high ESG value and is fully leased for 45 years, 15 of which are firm, to the B&B Hotels group, one of the leaders in the budget hotel sector.

Ideally located in Porto, Portugal’s industrial and tourist city, which is experiencing the highest increase in traffic in the country, the hotel is located in the airport area, in the immediate vicinity of the International Fair and close to the city center.
