The fund is distinguished by active management aimed at optimizing returns while controlling the associated risks. The investment strategy focuses on assets with the potential to create value through location, lease renegotiation or upgrading. The management team also takes ESG criteria into account in its analysis.

“Since its launch, the fund has concentrated its investments in the Netherlands and Ireland to take advantage of the readjustment of values in these two countries. It has favored buildings leased to top names for long periods, or which it has endeavored to extend, and built in prime locations (city centers or within easy reach of major transport infrastructure). Lastly, prior to acquisition, a works plan was identified to enhance the value of each asset.
