Miranda is responsible for financial structuring of the investment vehicles as well as fund and asset management. She has 15 years of experience in Asset Management and Capital Markets (Exane Derivatives, Lyxor AM, KPMG, Corum AM). Miranda has expertise in the structuring and piloting of European vehicles (Luxemburg Funds, OPCI, SCPI, dedicated funds…). She is a graduate from Kedge Business School and holds an MBA from the University of San Diego.
