#MNKPartners acquires on behalf of its specialized fund #Polska_by_MNK a 3,415 sqm logistics asset consisting of a warehouse, two loading wings, an office complex and 38 parking spaces.
Located in the centre west of Poland, in Kalisz, in a fast-growing area due to its proximity to Germany, the asset benefits from a location allowing convenient connections to all major Polish cities (Wroclaw, Poznan, Lodz). Built in 2021, the asset is leased to the world’s leading logistics company, Fedex, under a firm lease of over 8 years. Fedex Express Europe (the European subsidiary of Fedex Corporation) has been connecting Europe since 1984, offering customers the benefits of access to the world’s largest air express network and an unparalleled European road network.
